We are LoveEnable! What other question should we ask and try and answer for our first blog post? Through this post and a long series of others, we will attempt to provide you guide you through love. So, what is love?
To be honest with you, we are going to fail to answer this question. Love is a complex notion and emotion. There are so many levels and types of it, we feel it is nearly impossible to define. Here at LoveEnable we believe that it is only the individual or you who can define love. When you have defined it for yourself, accepted it and ultimately enable it in your daily life you will improve every aspect of your life. However, before we get there, let’s define love based on the most common dictionary literation.
From the Oxford dictionary:
A feeling or disposition of deep affection or fondness for someone, typically arising from a recognition of attractive qualities, from natural affinity, or from sympathy and manifesting itself in concern for the other’s welfare and pleasure in his or her presence (distinguished from sexual love at sense ; great liking, strong emotional attachment; (similarly) a feeling or disposition of benevolent attachment experienced towards a group or category of people, and (by extension) towards one’s country or another impersonal object of affection. As mentioned above, for all the professionals here at LoveEnable, love is something individual. We each have our own definition of the word.
